things i love to eat that it is probably weird that i love to eat (or however you should say that to be grammatically correct)

  • soft old stale popcorn that has been sitting out for 2 days (thanks laura)
  • pickled turnips
  • hard boiled eggs dipped in ketchup
  • salami rolled up with cream cheese in the middle
  • huge giant mouthfuls of crunched up bbq flavored baked lays (really only good if you have too much in your mouth and you are making a huge crunch and crumbs are flying everywhere)
  • bits of crusty burned meat bits scraped off my grill that burns my fingers
  • marinade licked off a baster brush from a roasted or grilled turkey or chicken (yes i realize this is disgusting and probably will give me salmonella one day)
  • raw ground beef after i have seasoned it for hamburgers
  • dried soy sauce drippings on the outside of the bottle
  • little spoonfuls of anchovies mashed with garlic before i make it into caesar dressing
  • tasting every sauce or dressing from the fridge at someone else's house (don't worry friends, i no longer stick my finger in the jar the way i used to when i was younger and babysitting at people's houses... now i pour a couple drops of it onto a spoon and taste)
  • cartoon shaped kraft macaroni and cheese made with margarine instead of butter
  • pickle juice and olive juice
  • the crunchy sugar coating from off a honey baked ham
  • pretzels with mustard squeezed on the top of them in the exact outline of the pretzel
ok, your turn. what weird foods do you guys like?

Cold pizza
Dry Oatmeal flakes out of the box
Microwaved icecream
I always pepper my ketchup before dipping fries in it

I'm sure there are more, but right now I can only think of one of my quirky foods:
Sloppy Joes with Ruffles potato chips shoved in between the bun and the "Joe".

I think things taste better when eaten in front of an open fridge, generally.

Also also like toasted cheese and marshmallow sandwiches (which freaks David out a lot), warm jell-o when I am sick, and mixing up my cake and ice cream so it mushy.

I once dipped a Dorito into chocolate pudding as if the pudding was actually salsa (mostly to prove that I am not afraid of trying anything) and I discovered it was kind of good.

A few of my favorites:
raw potatoes sprinkled with salt
pickled onions
pickled onion juice
pickle juice
chip butties (French baguette slathered in butter and stuffed with cold, left-over steak fries or roasted potatoes. Or if truely desperate, potato chips)

I also love Kraft Mac & Cheese, but I love mine with a heaping helping of worchestershire sauce. Have loved it since college (when I subsisted on M&C).

Have always been a fan of the sometimes-thought-of-as-odd cottage cheese and horseradish. Delish.

In fact, I lvoe cottage cheese mixed with spaghetti sauce, too. Tastes like lasagna minus the pasta.

I also like to knaw on stale, dried out brown sugar. Tastes like old-fashioned rock candy.

Mayo directly on bread is pretty dandy, too. Hell, I'll eat mayo by the spoonful, plain. Yes, it goes straight to my fat thighs, but it's soooooo good.

Not exactly weird foods but a weird combination: Gravy Cheese Fries and French Toast (with powdered sugar ans syrup). Usually eaten separately but I have on occasion dipped the French Toast in the Gravy and Cheese.

Also my friend ate two over easy eggs on top of Gravy Cheese Fries. It looked gross. I did not try it but he thoroughly enjoyed it.
