swedish snacks

i'm watching tony bourdain on the travel channel and he's in sweden. he just ate this thing called tunnbrödsrulle. here's a picture:

it's this flat bread stuffed w/ mashed potatoes, hot dogs, shrimp salad, lettuce, ketchup, and mustard. it is like the typical after bar snack, and they eat it w/ chocolate milk. i'm obsessed and i want to eat it b/c i think it must be one of those things that, although gross, is also amazingly delicious, kind of like bloody steak or fried pickles or paczkis.

i want to go to sweden. the seafood looks awesome and it's the land of smorgasbords, ikea, and volvos. what's not to like!

I thought the same.

Had it in Stockholm, very disappointing.
Hot mash and sausage don't go with cold salad as to be expected I suppose).
